This is the worst complex I've ever had to live in. When walking into the building it either smells like rotten garbage or drugs. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
Living at Clover Creek Apartments was a wonderful experience for us. All of the staff were absolutely amazing to work with and so helpful. We received plenty of notice when remodeling or building work would take place so we could properly prepare. We could put in a maintenance request and it would be taken care of or addressed in a timely fashion. My only regret is not living there long enough to see the full remodel. But Im sure it will be lovely! Also, LOVED having access to the gym in the main building.
Just waiting on this Renovation Project !!!
The staff is excellent and very helpful. They are upgrading and always give notice of the update. Maintenance is handled promptly and I love the pool!
Can't get required maintenance done even after months of repeated requests. The creek they show in the pictures is so full of algae and weeds it looks like something out of a horror movie, and several city citations can't get them to clean it up. People are being injured in falls because of holes in the sidewalks and grounds. The list goes on. nd now the rents are back to market list. Way too much for so little return. Rent at your own risk!
