Garbage room dirty. Called about the air conditioner told no other phone calls so just have to use 4 fans to keep apartment cool. Lazy maintenance guy on call made excuses rather try and solve problem. They fix outside grounds but inside laundry room never cleaned and its dirty. All the floors have old carpet in hallways that has never been changed. They only painted the first floor of the 5885 building and it get cleaned several times throughout the week for viewing of possible new residents. Otherwise the carpet is extremely old and dirty on the other floors. Residents to lazy to take there boxes and other large items to the garbage disposal on the lower level in the garage and beer bottles let on the floor. This place is getting very dirty and nasty

If you do notice that the garbage rooms are dirty, please call the leasing office at 630-964-6800 and we will get that taken care of right away. As for the hallways, we are in the process of beginning an entire renovation process of every hallway as well as the lobby. We take all of our feedback seriously. Please feel free to stop by the office so we can address any other concerns you may have.

Nice apts, but hallways were dirty and tenants had all kinds of broken, ugly things on their patios.

Great place to live; parking is terrible; you must get a spot in the garage but it's expensive... Pretty much no open parking after 5pm. Hard to have friends over without a place for them to park. Additionally, it's pretty expensive to live here but very safe.

Thank you for taking the time to write this review. We recommend garage parking as well and offer parking at various rates to be as understanding as possible to our resident's budgets. On a positive note, heading into the winter season won't it be nice not to have to remove the snow from your vehicle! Thank you for your residency and please know we value your feedback.
