By far the best place to live in Lisle. Super friendly management. Maintenance team is awesome they fix your issues within no time.
I have been living here for almost 2 years and I have to say that this has been one of my favorite places to live. I have lived in a few different apartment complexes, some that really didn't give a care for the tenant other than their rent check. Lakeside has been great! Every time have had an issue with anything in the apartment (when my heat went out, when the sink in the kitchen was leaking, when doors have fallen off their track) the maintenance staff has been very quick and efficient in coming to fix those problems (Literally the next day they had been in the apartment to fix the issues with an exception to the heat which was done the day of). The staff have been understanding when I needed to get a temporary parking pass for a rental car while I was having mechanical difficulties with my own, and the pass was delivered to my apartment! I have to say, that with all of the different amenities and friendly staff, this has been without a doubt one of the best places I have lived! Thanks for everything!
I just came from India and got a reference from a friend about Lakeside Apartment. When I visited this community I just wanted to stay here. Its ambiance, proximity to market area, workplace and the community amenities are very good and I am happy i chose Lakeside as my home in the US.
Overall very good experience I had while move in. Leasing and other operational stuff was documented as per discussion. Overall great!
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.

Major Cross Streets Ogden Ave and Naper Blvd. From I 355 take the Ogden Ave US 34 exit and head West. Turn right on Fender Avenue then turn right on Lake Trail Drive. From Butterfield Rd IL 56 W turn left onto IL 53 S. Take the US 34 W ramp. Turn right on Fender Avenue then turn right on Lake Trail Drive. Turn left to stay on Lake Trail Drive. From I 88 eastbound take the Naperville Road exit. Turn right on Warrenville Road then turn right on Naperville Road then turn left on Ridgeland Avenue. Turn right on Fender Avenue turn left on Lake Trail Drive then turn left to stay on Lake Trail Drive.
