HORRIBLE, horrible new management. Do not believe the good reviews, I was here 4 years and the place is being run to the ground.
Run as fast as you can. They try to raise your fees (eg. garage fee) even though you are on contract. I feel lie we are renting from mafia. It's been incredible since they took over. DO NOT rent here. Our rent was raised 20% from month to month.Cant wait to get out of here.
I have been living at Greentrails for 8 years now. I have never been disappointed until now. Out of nowhere the service got horrible. First I had issues with them charging me for gas services on a claim that I had not switch the gas services to my name which was incorrect. I had services transferred the day my lease started and was currently paying a bill to nicor and I had proof from Nicor. Greentrails continued to bill me and told me just ignore it till they get it fixed. It took months for them to resolve the matter and when they finally did it took for ever for them to get the charges right....Next up is the service for work orders. I use to call and put in a work order and it would be completed the same day or the next day. Now when I call and put in orders Im waiting days and at one time weeks. It takes for me to continually call them before it gets done. My door bell doesn't work and they have yet to fix it. The air conditioning in the building hallway doesn't work. The maintenance guys are always very nice and it always looks like they are working, but maybe they are not getting the work orders on time. I didn't understand what was happening then all of a sudden I got a letter saying they were under new management...There is an entire new staff in the office and they are all over the place. They give out inaccurate information when asked about the simplest things. Again I have to call a number of times before I am given the correct information. I absolutely hate living here now and I cant what until my lease ends so I can move. The rent is consistently going up and the service and property is going down.
