Professionalism, courteous, and make me feel like this is my home. I have only had some minor issues on repairs, which they complete very quickly. The atmosphere is a welcoming sight when I come home, and you are respected as a person , not just another tenant .
Very friendly staff. Always respond quickly to my emails with concerns or maintenance requests and go above and beyond.
I enjoyed the floorplan of my unit. Space was not wasted, kitchen/bathroom were updated, and paint was fresh. Maintenance staff was timely and courteous. There were some drawbacks. 1: hallways are not heated; I could see my breath in the winterï¿½ï¿½??bad for heating bills! 2: clothes dryer took two cycles to dry clothing. Management refused to replace it. 3: the junior associate was helpful and the senior one wasnï¿½ï¿½??t. Other tenants always complained about her rudeness and poor service.

When we first moved into our apartment, we tried to hang a picture with a small hanging nail and somehow managed to hit the air conditioning valve. We were told by the guy who came in that he had never seen that happen and that it wasn't our fault. However, we ended up being charged for everything without any communication to us prior to the bill showing up. We found this very frustrating and would have appreciated better communication with us.
