What Renters Like and Dislike About Hoffman Estates

Mix of people seem friendly , quite area yet provides activities for residents. It has grocery stores, pharmacies, fast food offerings as well as sit down restaurants all in close proximity. The parks and dog parks are well maintained.

It's not very unique. It's a typical suburb in the Chicago area. There is a good park district with activities close by which is good for families.

Shopping and no bars just McDonald's. Gas stations Places to just be yourself. My neighbor is unique because we have a dog park

It is a very quiet and safe neighborhood area. Even though a car is required, it is a nice place to walk around.

There are walking paths around small lakes. There is a recreation center close by as. Well as stores. It is relatively quiet

active local government is vocal to residents streets and other infostructure is well maintained , lots of retail choices are available in our town or adjacent towns , so there is little travel to find shopping or other services tax revenues are well spent
