What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Evanston

Lots of locally owned businesses, near the lake, great restaurants who know your name and really care about the community

I love the variety and unique small businesses, all within walking. I love people who are friendly and courteous when walking along the lake. I love the besutiful gsrdens and ysrfs thst neigjbors take so much care to create and tend.

I like the green spaces and the people. It's a wonderful place to run, walk, and bike and there are tons of animals and children.

It is a totally ethnic, diverse community different ages. We have a people who have babies here we have single adults we have older adults we have seniors, I mean there's a whole group of people and businesses to support them within the immediate area that makes this particular area called Oakland Park city are very nice and it's affordable.

There are pretty old houses and tree lined street. We are near a small shopping area and there are good parks. I can get to the expressway, shopping, etc very easily.

Everyone one enjoys the restaurants around and you get to know everyone there and it's more like a big family then a neighborhood
