I've lived here more than three years and have been very happy with this apartment complex. The people here are friendly and the staff is responsive and helpful in a timely fashion. It's a very safe building, with underground parking, in a fantastic location. All the common areas are very clean and the lobby is attractive. My apartment is roomy and very comfortable, with surprisingly great storage space. If you're looking for a great apartment building with nice neighbors, Elmhurst Place is your place!

Do NOT even try. Not only is Linda the property manager one of the most unprofessional property managers I have had the misfortune to come in contact with she called me while at work to literally WHINE mine and my fiancs credit retorts at me line by line she she refused to approve us ONLY based on the fact that we had student loans. Didnt ask for proof of employment nor did she call to verify it at all. I work on our corporate office so she would have needed to call me. Waste of time and money while also now taking a hit on our credit due to her check. Oh and she tried to refuse our application saying she had nothing available til October after just telling me she had something.

I have lived at Elmhurst Place for almost a year. I really love living here!! The staff here is very professional and courteous. My apartment is HUGE, I feel safe and having my own washer/dryer is a dream come true. I can walk to the Metra train, restaurants, shopping and the Jewel. I LOVE walking around the neighborhoods and walking to the Prairie Path. Everyone I have met has been so friendly and nice I dont plan on moving from here.

Excellent experience. Salesperson was pleasant and knowledgeable.
