I lived here almost 5 years but I'm moving out next month. Late last year the property was sold, and the new owners (who overpaid in a big way) brought in Trinity Property Consultants and their 20-something staff. Where the previous management staff were polite, professional and strict about keeping a high-quality of life now they're incapable of taking responsibility or fixing the issues they've created when they dropped any kind of screening just to keep the apartments rented. Here are just a few things you'll find here:

The redecorating job is hideous. Bright white hallways have been repainted in dingy battleship grey and comfy lobby couches are now replaced with Ikea-quality furniture fit for a waiting room. Gorgeous ceramic kitchen and bathroom tile is being replaced with vinyl flooring everywhere. No more quality Berber carpetcheap and easy to replace is all that matters here now.

A building that was supposed to be dog-free now sounds like a kennel and the carpets are stained with dog waste. People aren't required to have their dogs on a leash at all times...they run free all the time. The weight limit is 100 lbs...that's a huge dog!

And it gets worse!
Management has now gone into everyone's apartments and installed door locks that RECORD WHEN YOU OPEN AND CLOSE YOUR APARTMENT DOOR AND THEN SEND THAT INFORMATION TO A WEBSITE! You now have to remember and enter a code just to get into your own apartment; a code they email you and that you can't change. Anyone that hacks your email, or gets your phone now has your door key. INCREDIBLE! These huge ugly locks buzz and beep like a kid's toy. This place is no longer being run like somewhere people want to call their home. Management cares nothing for the residents, only in making the place cheap and easy to run.

Now watch the property PR trolls come out and comment...just remember if they cared about any of this it would have been fixed already and it wouldn't be here as warning to you.

No matter that hard floors are noisier. Its a case of thinking just because you can buy something you must be better at running it.

A building that was supposed to be dog-free now sounds like a kennel and I've found dog feces in the trash chute room and urine (dog?) in the hallways. I have pictures to prove this. It's stained the tiles and soaked into the hallway carpet. The staff doesn't even admit which apartments have dogs in them!...much less put the tenant on notice.

The property manager "David" takes zero accountability and does nothing to tamp down on the issues and behaviors that contribute to the ever-lowering quality of living and loss of any peaceful and quiet enjoyment there once was here. He doesn't deal with problem tenants and seems scared to engage anyone. He has no problem being smarmy and condescending though if you dare tell him you don't think he's doing all he can to fix a problem. Don't just take my word for it, read the other reviews and then please, go someplace else and live a
