Management does not take any concerns serious. over the last 3 years lots of car burglaries, stolen cars, cars stolen with guns inside, gang activity. From the last year and half, I witnessed a resident kick and pull at the back door of my building and broke the lock. The same neighbor has had over a half dozen noise complaints at the times after midnight, 1, or 2 am on after, at least 6 of them with police reported complaints and citations issued; also illegal open drug use and public drinking outside the building. The same individual has had police responses from other neighbors involving violence towards them.

You will never find parking after business hours because they dont enforce. You get a snotty answer when you ask questions about it.

This is the land of the nickel and dime you to death. Area is sketchy, lots of extras. You will be going to the laundrymat. Amazon delivery is a disaster, Maintence is scarce. Looks decent but its not. Loud environment and no privacy, 1st floor is the worst with headlights in your room. Its a dump, not worth the money

I absolutely love this apartment community!!! I love the location and the amenities that are offered to the residents. I've been a resident of this apartment community for a year and a half and the staff and maintenance crew really care and support their residents. The leasing agent Walker assisted me with my move in and he addressed every concern I had and he made me feel like I made a great decision with leasing with the Prentiss Creek Community.
