    If I could afford to move somewhere right now, I definitely would. The office manager, receptionist, and the maintenance crew are always rude. Take days to return calls. Workers only fix things halfway because apparently they barely know what they're doing. Laundry facilities are continually broken. The office is hardly ever open. Garbage blowing around on the grounds and piled up around the garbage receptacles. Swing sets rusted and breaking. Cleaning ladies are useless. Bugs are a problem!

    Garbage all over the grounds. Skunk and coyote problem. Broken light fixtures... not worth the price.

    Decent price, garbage all around the grounds... The park area all the equipment is either broke rusted or destroyed again garbage everywhere in the summer. Chip bags coke cans and candy wrappers. Smoke smell is a problem but obviously they can't tell people not to smoke. Office help is decent, not sure if the short lady with the raspy voice that paces the grounds with a cigarette is the manager or assistant but she looks dirty and unkept. Parking is also plentiful.
