      Super nice & new apartment thats recently rehabbed. Great views of the lake and awesome location. Common areas are kept clean. I think the downfall is thin walls and lack of privacy. High turnover with property management. Quite expensive!

      The apartment is great. Fairly new and half the units have a nice lake view. High turn over with property managers and not the best service on that front. This place is not cheap!
