Just moved in and love the community so far!
I had a great experience living at Ravenswood Terrance. I lived on the top floor and did not hear my neighbors. The furniture and appliances were all quality and did not need maintenance. The common outdoor grill area was well kept and a great place to hang out. Management was always responsive and helpful. I loved having Mariano's and the metra so close too.I would absolutely recommend living here.
I became a tenant even before the complex was fully completed. It has become even better since then. I can recommend Ravenswood Terrace with no hesitation.
Ravenswood Terrace is a fantastic community! It has great amenities (community room, gym, shared rooftop space) and has a great location with access to the Ravenswood Metra stop and the Mariano's. The apartments have great kitchens and I LOVE the washer and dryer in unit. Overall I really love living here.
Ravenswood Terrace is great if you have larger dogs, but it's overpriced for the amenities they offer. They try to offer services such as on-site dry-cleaning pick-up and a locked storage room, but those are additional costs to you. They need to include more in the rental and parking pricing that match their other properties and other rentals. If you have an issue with noise, you can hear your neighbors and their tv at normal levels. The property is not maintained and the Metra train will vibrate your unit and you will hear it more if you want to keep your windows open on a nice day. The property is not fenced in, so there's a lot of break-ins and non-residents using the property to get to Mariano's and trains. There is no doorman either and the security intercom system is terrible and rarely works.
