Great amenties, wonderful staff (leasing agents, maintenance, doormen), easy access to good restaurants.
I am not happy that the roof took so long to open, and once it opened, they are now offering new residents 1-2 free months rent. They are giving new residents a better deal then those who were willing to sign the lease without seeing the place, and promised timelines that were not met. How is this going to help retention? It is not fair at all and they should seriously consider giving back to those residents that are paying $400 more for a 1 bedroom a month, and had to wait for the amenities.
I am overall satisfied with the apartment and I really do love it here (and all the staff)! However,I feel like there were shortcuts in getting the apartment ready (some details in the bathroom, ripped baseboard, etc). I am happy that the dog run and workout facilities are now open. I guess I just am looking forward for the building to be completed (and maybe have the coffee machine checked on a more regular basis...I feel like it never working!). A small and dumb detail-but it goes a long way!
Pros: Excellent amenity flrs; Great staff & location; Most residents friendly/respectful. Cons: Overpriced; Parking garage not enclosed (won't keep cars safe from cold weather); Bike storage racks open to weather (they hang on open-side of garage, weather may ruin bikes); Mgt office on amenity flr larger than needed (should've been add'l community space); No dedicated service elevator; No cntrl for bathroom fan; Closet shelves cheap plastic; Poorly designed garbage rm; Window shades too thin.
Over promised, under delivered, which is a reflection of the extremely poor management and lack of communication. The apartment unit itself is perfect no major issues, they are beautifully designed and in unit amenities are top notch, so kudos there. The building amenities, couldn't be more the opposite, and management couldn't care less. There are more things that don't work than there are things that do work on the 4th and 19th floors. Address the small issues and fix them in a timely manner!
