Incredible location, great access to L, millenium park, river north, lake. View, especially from west facing units is great. Amenities are among the best in the city.

The building is great, however there is so much room for improvement Amenities often don't work. Computers and printers need to be maintained better. same goes for the steam room.

73 E Lake St provides a clean and friendly environment to live it. The apartments have great privacy and in the 2 years we have lived here we have had minimal issues with neighbors or sound carrying through walls. The amenities are kept up well and the staff monitors these areas frequently to make sure residents are respecting the space as well.
