      Once I saw $125.00 for a parking spot which isnt worth it I swiped left. Stopped letting these apartments nickel and dime for everything.

      Been here for 4 years. Will be moving this year of 2023. I don't live in the 6200 hoyne building but live in the 6236 hoyne building further down. All the hoyne buildings have mice and roaches. They exterminate monthly but it does nothing still killing roaches I see crawling around to this day and there are mice running through the heating vents that have gotten into my apartment when they didn't close the heat vents properly (the heating during the winter btw sucks to the point I have to buy heaters to stay warm). The door bells in my building have stayed broken for years they refuse to fix them, they also refuse to fix the downstairs door after another tenant intentionally broke it so now anyone can come in the building without a key, tenants here also like to steal other people's packages/mail, litter the entrance with trash, be extremely noisy at night when people are trying to sleep, and remove the disability parking sign in our parking lot off the wall so anyone can park there. There are a lot of bad tenants that have moved into this building. The other hoyne buildings I hear aren't perfect but they're no where near as bad as this. It was also difficult to find a way to review this apartment and warn people almost like they intentionally removed it off apartment rental/finder sites, removed the ability to leave a review when there is listings for this place, and the person who owns all the hoyne buildings/property lives in florida and doesn't seem to care or respond to complaints about their building.

      Even though I had an appointment the agent showed up late. There was a sign on the door that said be back in 20 minutes. I arrived 20 minutes before my scheduled appointment time and waited ten minutes after. So that sign was obviously a joke. When she did arrive she had an attitude when I told her I had an appointment. She showed me the unit and there was no conversation at all. I just thanked her and left. I didn't care for the unit either, but if I did the attitude turned me off.
