This place is so small and is not fairly priced for what you get. I literally found a 1.5 bed and bath for $150 less than this place and its a real apartment with space, not a studio. Also, there isnt a workout room, its literally just one single rower. I implore you to look elsewhere and not pay Lakeview prices for NO amentities.
Here you can have a renovated studio apartment, complete with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and dishwasher / microwave. Other sweet amenities include a bike room, laundry room, fitness facility, sun deck, and available tenant storage.
If you're a person who likes to swing the club, make a racket, hit a round ball with a round bat or eat, Chicago's expansive lakefront trail is a place you'll want to head if your new apartment's at 3838 Broadway. More precisely, you'll want to explore Waveland Park, home to a great Chicago golf course, lighted tennis courts and softball fields, and the must-have picnic grounds. A pretty good start.
Back along Broadway Avenue, just a few minutes west of Waveland Park, you'll find a street as rich in quirkiness (as well as history, culture, art and cuisine), as any in the Windy City. All of which leads into Wrigleyville, home of the famed Wrigley Field, and also just minutes away from 3838 N. Broadway.
