Had a tour scheduled with Grant for a Unit in this building and he never called or showed. He knew I am moving from 1000+ miles away and had a limited window to tour and never followed through. wouldn't recommend working with him to tour/rent this place...

I moved in with no refrigerator I was told it was on order and it's been a month or more...NOTHING I can't buy food unless I buy Ice and cooler . There's no cleaning staff the hall smell like project hot cow pee

Never got to see the apartment. The guy I spoke with was rude and disparaging to me. After keeping me waiting for almost 30 minutes, I gave up waiting. I had a scheduled viewing for 10 am. It is inexcusable to treat a potential renter that way. Do not rent at this location unless you enjoy being yelled at for following instructions
