Management and maintenance are always helpful, friendly and professional. The apt has a homey and cozy feeling and the building and common areas are always kept clean. Its very safe...I leave shoes, my bike, and random things outside my door and never worry about anything being stolen. Residents are all friendly and my German Shepherd (she loves all the attention residents give her!!) and I are very happy here!
The team at 13Thirteen Lofts was very extremely flexible and accommodating. I was able to apply, sign my lease, and get moved in all within a day or two... which at the time was extremely important. I love the unit and I love the building. The area is also great for having a dog... there is a park and a dog area within three blocks of the building. Moving from a small town to a big city, it's nice to feel as safe and at home as I do at 13Thirteen. Great staff, great neighbors, great community.
Overall a nice place to live. The property has character and many great architectural design features. The building is well managed and the staff is caring. Maintenance requests are handled in a timely and professional manner.

A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
