    Nice place with a friendly landlord at a great price. I enjoyed living here the past year or so. Not sure what the other person is talking about, but I'd say take a look for yourself and decide. Cheers.

    Landlord is very rude and doesn't cooperate , very unofficial way of conducting leasing . His apartments are filthy , shady and charges unnecessarily for everything including utilities and fixtures . Will never lease with this man.
