I have 2 aunts that lived in St. Charles Square, one is no longer there and the other still is. The one that is still there has been living on Gundersen for over 30 years and in St. Charles Square for 5 years +. I love the way the apartments are set up. I am just looking for an apartment for myself only, no kids, no pets, non smoker & drinker.
I lived here long time but for the past year place went down the hill is dirty lots of suspicious activity going on..Rent went big time up but quality big time down lots of low income families moving..People smoking everywhere ,not worth of money.Menagment does not care..Rules they have are not enforced at all .
None of the apartments look like these pictures at all. My unit looks like it's from the 70's everything is old from the bathroom, closet doors and kitchen appliances. The price is overrated . If ask me they should only be charging $150 a month for rent the way it looks . Raphel the maintenance man goes into apartments when people aren't home and steals there valuables. There's a bunch of crack beads and ghetto fabulous people here .
