I have been staying at The Green at Chevy Chase for almost 6 years. The apartments and the surroundings are great in comparison to any other apartments/ communities in the Chicago suburbs. The leasing office staff and the maintenance staff is always pleasant to talk to and quick to respond to any issue or maintenance request. The communication by the management about any change in policies, annual safety inspections, repair work, etc. is timely and detailed. There are never any parking related issues and community has range of amenities for all ages - 4 tennis courts, 2 swimming pools, a walk trail and a fitness center; all of which are kept in good condition. The tennis courts can use a little fixing though.
I would also suggest the management to install few electric car charging stations in the community as they will be really helpful and the parking areas have enough space to accommodate these.
In all I will say that Green at Chevy Chase is a great apartment community to reside in and will highly recommend to those looking for an apartment in this area.

Green at Chevy chase reflects a perfect blend of nature and city life. Surrounded by trees, ponds and golf clubs makes it a refreshing living . With all the big stores/malls , hospitals, schools and corporate offices nearby, it makes it one of the best community you want to be in. Maintenance issues are resolved very quickly without follow-ups . Leasing office staff is very helpful , thorough professionals and much responsive. Would definitely recommend this community !!

We have been in this society over 7 years and wish we could continue . We will be moving out of this housing complex and will definitely miss it . We have been referring our friends and will continue to do so Pros- very nice walking and biking trail

My son and I just moved from a much larger house to our two bedroom apartment. We love our new home. The open layout is excellent. The staff are friendly and helpful. When we have asked for help with maintenance requests, they are responsive and helpful. We have had our sights set on an apartment here since we put our house up for sale and are very happy to be here.
