What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Batavia

Historic nature of town and homes, proximity to river and walkable to downtown, bike friendly, friendly neighbors , great community atmosphere

the neighborhood is safe. nice to to take walks to the nearby parks or schools. When taking a walk in the morning or evening there is a path. At night this path has lights. if you go 1/2 mile outside the neighborhood there is a river walk that is safe and monitored by police.

Parks and bars and shoos. Movies at night. Parks and bars and shoos. Movies at night. Parks and bars and shoos. Movies at night.

Many businesses are close by and easy to walk/bike to. There are some delicious restaurants in the downtown area including a small Mexican restaurant being my favorite.

I love the large lots that all the homes have. I love that we have a walking path nearby. I love how quiet it is
