I like that there are always local events happening to meet my neighbors. I like that it is close to public transportation so I can visit other areas without needing to take my car.

Good distance from major roads. Equidistant from my favorite grocery stores. Usually quiet. People are usually nice.

I live on a private golf course and its gated that makes it safe. That is why I invested in where I live. I love the local restaurants. There is a to die for Remember Charlottes pizza in my town. I like going to Volo bog for hikes near me. Its a great plac to watch nature

There is a park where there sometimes block parties where everyone is invited, some people host some picnics.
