I would like to apologize for your frustration at the time of inquiring for a tour. Due to the trying times our communities are facing because of COVID-19, all businesses that are non-essential were ordered to close until further notice. That included all Karademas leasing offices as well as the corporate office. We hope to resume business soon as it was before the pandemic.

Property management doesn't get back to you in regards to scheduling a tour time, is very vague about the available units. Over all management is terrible at communication.

I apologize for the lack of communication from our management team. Our property manager does manage three properties and assists tenants and prospect tenants to the best of his ability. Eight years ago I moved here after living 20 years in NC. I thought that I would never feel happily at home again with lifetime friends. Not only did I find a home, I found a community. Recently I suffered an accident that rendered me incapacitated on my right side. I am home in a wheelchair for now. While I was recuperating in a skilled nursing facility, my neighbors stepped in to care for my dogs and keep clean my apartment. Maintenance cleaned my carpets and prepared my apartment to accommodate my wheelchair. Some members of the maintenance staff went so far as to switching my office office and bedroom, on their own time after a long day at work. Corporate and management graciously worked with me, even helping me with a plan moving forward, as I completely recover. Never once did I ask for help, it was freely given. I can never thank them for everything everyone has done for me. These are my lifetime friends and this is my community. From Corporate, to Management, to Maintenance, to Residents, this isn't just where I live - this is my home!

We offer studio, one bedroom, two bedrooms, and loft apartments that combine the quality and charm of old world construction with the modern conveniences of recent renovation. We also have laundry facilities, a convenience store and a neighborhood pub on site. Our full-time management and maintenance staff is available to help you with any need. Covered off-street parking is available close-by. Don't forget to bring Fido and Fluffy -- most pets are welcome here! Renter's insurance is required for the safety and well-being of our tenants.
