This place is great and very helpful, sure there arew minor issues like families arguing, but what really peeves me out is my upstairs neighbor, keeps throwing out their food scraps into my garden. ive seen a dog almost eat a chicken bone and am beginning to think my neighbors are blaming me. once i found an unopened bag of bagels outside my porch torn through by rodents... GROSSS!

Dont rent here, they will lie to your face! They make you pay for all amenities but dont open any of them all year long. One big scam

This place is just horrible. I paid 1400$ a month just for 600sqf apartment. And I leaved alone. My utilities was 100-150$ a month plus the bill from Comed was like 50-100$. It was terribly expensive to live there. Before moving in they would tell you that utilities will be only 50$ a month which is a total lie. I paid 200$ every month on top of the rent. Plus the hallways are dirty the smell is horrible, and old. They would show you the nicest apartments before you move in. My apartment flooded constantly. I had to trow everything after moving out. When you complain about it to the office they would say oh its not our business, just call the insurance company. Thats what they literally told me. Read this review, im trying to help people.
