Washer and dryer in apartment! 98% leased! Save $2400! Move-in by January 31!
I can rate this worst apartments I have ever seen in my life in America. Without going into details management will not stick to any of their promises. They threaten residents and play by ignorance of residents. They will not let you exercise quiet enjoyment (which is renters right), they will charge you for the bugs (which is landlord's responsibility), elevators never work, one dryer for 78 residents in each building, $150 to 200 common utilities charges excluding electricity, apart from richly priced monthly rent. Be prepared for big time increase in rent at the time of renewal, else be prepared for a very rude threats.
In 578 apartments in the complex wherever you join you will become big time lover of bugs because you have to live with them. If you want bugs extermination be prepared to bear the cost of treatment. I have known people leaving for all these issues much before expiry of lease.
ONE STAR RATING IS 100 TIMES OVER RATING MANAGEMENT OF STONEBRIDGE. LONG LIVE STONEBRIDGE CURRENT AND PROSPECTIVE RESIDENTS
If there is less than 1 star, I would be very happy to give that. Super Worst management. There are no words to describe how the management behaves with you after you move in. The only time they will talk nice is before you move in and at the time of lease renewal. They might have thinking we are staying there for free and depending on them.
Apartment from the management, buildings are old, they are doing work only to improve the exterior. But if you see the inside starting with the lift you will get awful smells in corridors, laundry, lobby. It has extreme roaches problem. Pest control came and put som medicine like 3 times, still there is an issue. Imagine how severe is the issue. If you call with a maintenance problem, you cant expect them to come at least a week, they will relax lay come at their convienient time. And I can go on like this with the issues. Waiting for my lease end, so that I can move out from this place.. please think before if you want to move in. And I see in other places there are 5 star reviews. Dont get fooled by them, they are paid reviews. Management will offer some credit to write those reviews.
- Building especially hallways and elevators smell of rotting garbage
- Lack of air conditioning in hallways exacerbates the smell issue
- Lack of space for garbage outside as well so garbage containers overfill which leads to rodents all over and visible garbage
-Management treats everyone like a dead beat. When I moved in they spent about 10 minutes warning me not to be even a day late on rent ( even though they still have not been able to get me access to the payment app) and not one minute on welcoming me to the community. In contrast my last apartment actually had a hand written note and bottle of wine upon move in.
-Not sure when the elevator actually works or not. The lights are never on and no signs are ever posted except one week someone put a not up written on a torn out page from a notebook.
Overall one star.......should have spent the extra hundred or so and moved somewhere nice.
Entire place very beat up, worn, dirty and dated thus way overpriced.
Never ever think of coming here, unless u didnt find anything to stay. Worst management ever. V recently moved here n now v r feeling bad on our decision. Ur concerns will never b addressed on time. U will find a new list under utility bill which u will never understand what u r paying for. And moreover utility bill is like shared basis. The whole apartments usage is divided to the residents. Not for individual usage.
