What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Post Falls

Most of the people in our neighborhood have been here for many years or born and raised in our state. Our values are mostly the same, act right and know how to use a gun. Our favorite businesses are locally owned and our favorite parks and hiking spots are kept low key so they're not invaded and over run. Our neighborhood has a few wine folk, but the majority of us hold old fashioned values, believe in higher education and working for what you want instead of expecting handouts.

Some great neighbors, quick access to shopping like the outlet malls or Spokane valley mall, theaters at Riverstone or Spokane valley mall, and entertainment like silverwood, the Blue Zoo,

Part of a larger HOA. Nice family-friendly park. Close to shopping and restaurants and outdoor activities.

Everything. The people are great, we are close to the mountains or the water you can fish hike camp hunt

There is so much to like it is hard to choose. But I'd start with it's not far from places to hike and play. Not to far from lakes and rivers.

Our neighborhood is super new. So there are very small parks, but not many restaurants. We like riding our bicycles on the local trails. We shop mostly @ Walmart.
