Will try to swindle you out of security deposit with intentionally deceptive and questionably legal tactics. Loud, you can hear everything outside and from units above you. Poor communication from management, you would be better off one of the many other apartment complexes in the area.

We have loved living here from the moment we moved in. The apartments are extremely nice, the complex is kept very clean, and all the neighbors are so polite and friendly. The management team is awesome, going out of their way to help residents and make sure that all their needs are met. They do their best to get to know each resident personally, and always have a smile on their faces. The price may be a turn off for some people, but with all the amenities and the atmosphere of the complex, its absolutely worth it. Its in a great location close to food and entertainment, with easy access to roads nearby. Its right off of Eagle road, but the noise is nearly non-existent. I would absolutely recommend that you take a look at these apartments if youre searching in the Treasure Valley.

We have been living here for the past year and a half. I have nothing bad to say about anything this apartment complex offers. The amenities are great, the residents are nice and the office management are extremely easy going. The office manager may seem intense at first, but the more we lived there, the more we realized that she only cares about the well being of the tenants. She's one of the nicest people I've met. Everybody there is professional and understanding of life situations. The Recency is easily the best apartment complex I've lived at.

Trying to charge late fees when their system cancels my auto pay. Even after I sent 3 month back statements showing that its come out of that account and valid funds.

It really is hard to say enough nice things about this place. Maintenance keeps the grounds manicured. The apartments are spacious and well appointed. The location is unbeatable. Staff is friendly and helpful. I really don't know what more you would ask for in an apartment home.
