What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Garden City

State Capital, close to ie within walking distance to stores, entertainment, restaurants, parks and the water park @the river

Convenient. Upper scale, close to things and places I need and use: restaurants, stores, and banks.

Very close to the river and green belt bikeways. Several small fishing and swimming lakes for all to use.

Established landscape with mature trees and fitness room is very nicebushes. Like the swimming pool and hot tub.

I like that the neighbors all know one another. We have a lot of restaurants and stores nearby. There are hiking and biking trails nearby also.
