When we first moved in 2016 it was great then the new management came in 2017 and a lot went downhill. I highly recommend not wasting your money which is a lot for an apartment here. The layout I see great but thats it. You hardly get a response from management, snow plow is a joke in the winter they take hours before they even start to shovel. The old management knew how to take care of residents and not abuse their power, not rudeen.
Channa the manager is amazing! So kind, caring and understanding. If you are looking for a great location and friendly staff you have found the right place!
Best apartments I've ever lived in! They keep it well plowed and always have de-icer out in the winter and they are fast to repair anything that goes wrong in your apartment. Also the cleanest apartments I've seen that allow pets.
I am moving in today after 3+ months of waiting AFTER riverview's first "worst case scenario" date they gave us upon a non-refundable hold fee. Not only is the apartment not at all complete, (no air conditioning OR blinds) but their staff are completely against helping in any way. I called to ask if there was a way I can just install an ac unit and have them credit me and the lady said my only option is to buy a portable one out of pocket or move all my stuff back out. I can overlook construction delays but not having a completed apartment after such delays is incredibly telling of how a business is run. Wouldn't reccomend dealing with them in any way
Pretty good place to live. No pool but the river is across the street and down the road. The one thing to be forwarned about is they do raise your rent everytime you renew. This year it is going up around $150.00. They also require a hefty deposit for dogs and an additional rent per month!
