I am moving in today after 3+ months of waiting AFTER riverview's first "worst case scenario" date they gave us upon a non-refundable hold fee. Not only is the apartment not at all complete, (no air conditioning OR blinds) but their staff are completely against helping in any way. I called to ask if there was a way I can just install an ac unit and have them credit me and the lady said my only option is to buy a portable one out of pocket or move all my stuff back out. I can overlook construction delays but not having a completed apartment after such delays is incredibly telling of how a business is run. Wouldn't reccomend dealing with them in any way

Pretty good place to live. No pool but the river is across the street and down the road. The one thing to be forwarned about is they do raise your rent everytime you renew. This year it is going up around $150.00. They also require a hefty deposit for dogs and an additional rent per month!

Please don't move in here. I have lived here with my fiance for a year and a half. With pet rent we were paying $748 a month for rent. When notifying us that it's time to renew our lease we were informed that the new price would be $900 a month and that we had to sign the lease within three days to allow for processing. This apartment is not worth $900 a month. It is not in a good location. It is not near a grocery store or a gas station so you will have to drive out of your way for these. Seltice is currently under construction so just getting home from work takes twenty minutes when it used to take five. The apartments are poorly constructed and many of the cabinets and doors are uneven, making it impossible to close the bedroom door and the storage door outside. For your sake and the sake of any family you have, look somewhere else. This place isn't worth the stress.

My wife and I have both spoken to management multiple times. In all cases they have been very curt and rude with us. Also, they suddenly increased our rent by $300, barely giving us a 30 day notice. When we went to talk to them about the sudden price change they stated that the price in our original contract is no longer valid, but then point to that original contract whenever it is convenient for them. We literally are now left with no options and are very frustrated (which only increases when we try to speak to management). I have even tried contacting the management company directly (Rudeen Management) to discuss these concerns, but have received no response. Whatever you do, do not move in here. They will be rude to you, change your rates, and overcharge you at every turn (including not letting you move in or out on any day other than the first without being charged for the entire month). Also, even if the views entice you, they will most likely build another building in front of you to block it.

These apartments look nice, although they are cheaply built, and are very over priced. I have lived here for almost two years and I've enjoyed my view and my neighbors, and I liked the old apartment managers. However, now that Rudeen Management has taken over, I feel that the managers are less personable and that the tenants are seen only as a source of income. They seem to be less willing to accommodate their tenants.
The walls are very thin, so I can hear quite a bit of what is going on in my neighbors' apartments (even sneezing and toilets flushing), that is when the sound of the freeway doesn't drown everything else out.
I would have rated these apartments at 4-stars before the price hike and the new management, because I have been very happy here, but I am concerned for future tenants who will be overcharged for what they're getting.
