I rarely leave reviews unless I can leave a 5 star. I moved into The Riverview Apartments into The Villa's 16 months ago. They are very nice, although a bit dated. The grounds and location are beautiful. Maintenance was always available and handled every repair perfectly. The front office staff were really accommodating when we first arrived. They have since had new management. We left the apartment in great condition and even touched up the paint where drapes and pictures had been hung. We took a video. (We didn't get our full deposit back) The reason for only three stars is as follows. Make sure you understand your contract when you first sign regarding their move out policies. They sent a letter of renewal when our one year was close. I let them know we were not sure if we needed another lease as our circumstances had changed. They offered me several options but none close to what we needed. We decided to go month to month until we knew if we needed another lease. Note that we were then charged an extra $500 monthly on a $1650 monthly rent. I've seen $100-$200 increases but this was very excessive. Know they also do not pro rate. If you find out that you need to move from the 1st-30th, they will charge you an additional full month more. If you give notice on the first of the month, most companies will pro rate the day. This company charges you for an additional full month so basically two months. Other than these issues, it's a beautiful community.

Loved the location & floor plans. Assistant was very nice, & knowledgeable. The area is beautiful & close to medical & shopping. Spokane River across the street with a Riverwalk, just beautiful! Just waiting for an opening & can't wait to move in & call it home!

Looking for suitable housing

Outstanding office staff always available to help with your concerns. Noelle is very knowledgeable, kind, and funny. Miranda is very nice & helpful too. The maintenance crew is prompt about resolving any problems that might occur. Snow plow crew is fast & efficient plus they will clear your driveway. I'm moving out soon, closer to downtown, and will miss all of them. A Villa Resident

A 3 day grace period to pay rent for apartment complex as big as yours is outrageous. Alot of people get paid on the 5th and this is another way to get a $100 late fee.
