There's a reason this place has a long waiting list. Some people never leave! I know of no other apartment complex that offers so much at such a great price! I don't get the complaints. I've NEVER had a problem with management. Any time I've had a maintenance issue or any type or request the response has been prompt and friendly. I've lived here for 8 years and LOVE it!

Responded back to my email right away. Super friendly and encouraging to live in there community. Looks really really inviting and well-maintained on the outside. So much activity and things to do there in the complex.

My husband and I have lived here for the past 4 years and its been an absolutely wonderful place to live. Ive seen some negative reviews like people getting kicked out because their kids are noisy or what not and I dont understand any of those reviews and I feel people are probably leaving out details as to why they were truly evicted. My husband and I had a baby during the time that weve lived here and as everyone knows, babies cry, and weve never gotten any sort of noise complaints. Were moving out right at our 4 year mark because we finally got a house but I am truly sad to leave. Weve been lucky enough to have really kind and quiet neighbors the entire time weve lived here. Its safe, the grounds are very well maintained, the maintenance guys are all super nice and helpful and Ive never had an issue with management. There is a lot of perks like theres a gym, 2 pools, a volleyball court, an entire laundry room with fairly new and well maintained washer and dryers, and a clubhouse with games, a hot tub, tv, etc. The only reason why I give it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the apartments are fairly outdated. The flooring is kind of cheap, theres still popcorn ceilings, and the wood and carpeting is all very dark which makes the whole place feel kind of dark. The old aluminum windows are hard to open and let out a lot of heat in the winter so our electric bill is very high in the winter months. But these apartments were built in the 70s or 80s and I understand it would be a lot of work, time, and money to update all those things in all the apartments. Overall its been the best apartment experience I couldve ever hoped for and the price is so incredibly affordable for everything you get. Sad to leave, but onto better things for our family and I hope the next tenant feels as blessed to live here as we have!
