    The staff is extremely knowledgeable and willing to help residents with any questions or concerns. Moving from a complex that took 2 weeks just to do a work order for bathroom lights, to here where I've had maintenance come same or next day has been so nice!

    I wouldn't live here ever again. I spent two months here and it was a struggle the whole time. After getting the keys to the unit the HVAC system wouldn't cool. I spent many nights in 80 to 90-degree heat. I was still struggling with the HVAC when I left. They had finished repairing the shower walls when got the apartment but they never finished it or cleaned it. I ended up installing a spout and and handle on the shower and I ended up cleaning it myself. I also, had packages stolen from my doorstep multiple times. The Management is understaffed, and unorganized, they don't honor their word, and they struggle to maintain the property. Now they are holding some security deposit for the repairs they never did in the bathroom. Save yourself the frustration and find somewhere else to live.

    They don't pay back your initial deposit after you leave. If you ask for it they will tell you someone has to approve and it has not been done yet. They don't have the best customer service. Find a better place if you can.

    Having been here 3 weeks, the toilets stand at 14 inches and the seats are stained (think elementary schools), the dishwasher door is broken, the drier had mud inside it, the patio was filthy, stained and still had velcro, nails, tape, screws and the like littering everything, the Oven had a short in it, and has never worked(maintenence man said it was a good thing it didn't start a fire the way the electrical cord was resting against the metal backplate), the shower has a high pitched squeal, the air conditioner is broken, the third story windows have exterior mud splashed on the outside and hanging insulation, the window coverings had fallen on the floor and broken, there is someone else's hair in every nook and cranny. As of three weeks, they have fixed the light covers. Went in to get clarification. Manager says they are bending over backwards and working on it, but that my dishwasher still works even though the door is broken, and that nothing was foreseeable until a tenant tries the appliances themselves and puts in the orders. When I asked for rent reduction or for them to fulfill their end of the contract, she said she can terminate the lease so I can find someplace I like. You know, not a slumlord.

    These apartments are very high on my list, the location and amenities would be hard to beat.
