A great place to live. The staff very helpful and professional in all our dealing with them. The apartments floor plans are nice and the facility is maintained very well.
These apartments are brand new and very nice.
However they are very deceiving. The are extremely noisy and not private.
We joke that we live in a dorm.
We have lived here for over a year now.
The walls are so thin, that you can literally have a conversation through the wall with your neighbors!
It's incredibly annoying and uncomfortable.
This is our biggest issue. You should be able to come home and relax and feel like you have your own private place. You DO NOT get that living here.
If you don't mind noise at all hours day/night (people walking/running up and down the stairs, dogs barking, car alarms going off, people talking in the hallway), if you are hard of hearing, if you like knowing that your neighbors can hear your conversations and when you use the bathroom, then these might just be the perfect apartments for you!
The management and staff are very unhelpful and rude. They will give you different answers every time you call and that is if you can get a call back from them. I have had several leaks and damage in my apartment due to the improper installation of faucets, pipes, shelves, etc. There were even razor blades and mold found under the carpet of my apartment. The walls are so thin you can hear your neighbors personal conversations and even hear them snore at night. The management will say its an insulation issue and offer to move you to a more expensive apartment or townhome. They will also try to charge you an outrageous amount if you try to move out early. It has honestly been one of the worst experiences I have had with a company. I would highly suggest not moving in here.
Community seems unorganized and I have zero confidence in the staff. Make sure to ask all the questions you can think of ahead of time and if you are an organized person and want to get things done in advance, this creates complete chaos. Don't expect them to call or notify you in a timely manner. Expect to have incorrect dates and other typos on the electronic documents you are asked to sign. Everything mentioned is at a premium, so expect to pay much more than just the rent quoted. You MUST pay for their "media package", but that isn't made clear right away. Read the lease agreement very carefully! More hidden fees and information they do not tell you up front. Dog park and some other amenities listed are still under construction and not scheduled for completion until spring 2018. My experience has been absolutely ridiculous! Let's hope this new community pulls it together and future tenants will have a better experience.
I applied for this apartment over a week ago. I've been told four times now that my app was fund and I would be receiving my reservation agreement. I am suppose to move in next week and I still haven't received that agreement nor do I know for sure that I am good to move in.. this is the most annoying apartment application process I've ever experienced.. I would walk away but I lose the 200 in app and processing fees..
