I noticed white stains on my clothes/rug many months ago. The culprit was wet glue seeping up through my floor. The District was built on a water table which prevented the flooring glue from ever setting/solidifying. You step on the floorboard in front of my laundry machine and a puddle of wet white glue seeps up through the cracks. Upon bringing this issue to management, I was given a curt response and told they would offer zero credit or compensation for my damaged property. Their only solution was to have me move all of my furniture out of the apartment for two days while they try a new glue recipe on the floor. I came to find out the District experiments with a new glue mix after each tenant moves out. The apartment was built in 2017... if they hadn't resolved the glue issue by 2022 when I moved in, I'm sure I would move all of my furniture out, have them try a new glue just for the problem to come right back. Finally, one weekend I returned home from a trip to find my fridge/freezer not working, and I had to throw out a freezer's worth of food that had thawed/created a mess. When I sent the District a message asking if there would be compensation for my lost food, I received no response. While they didn't have time to address my lost food, they did have time to patrol the parking lot and fine me for two small black chairs on my deck that were a violation of their policy (picture courtesy of the District management attached). There are a lot of places to spend $1500 on rent... choose one that values the relationship with their tenants.

Overall good apartment complex but if you are living in one of the corporate housing already fully furnished units and using the electronics provided (cable, tv, wifi router) your gonna have a hard time. The cable boxes are ancient and frequently stop working or need to be fixed and worst of all is the god forsaken wifi routers. The wifi here is beyond awful using a laptop is incredibly frustrating and whenever I want to search anything on my phone or even browse instagram I have to turn off the wifi for it to actually work because it just simply cant load anything on the wifi. It takes 3 hours or more to download 2GB of data on my PS4. Literally two GB is nothing.

Horrible management. They don't respond to questions or return phone calls; they consistently over promise and under deliver. The owner(s) own storage units and decided to try their luck at owning and managing apartments; apparently they think apartments are nothing more than storage units and treat their residents accordingly. Craftsmanship of apartments is shoddy. For example, our closet doors don't have all the screws in them so they don't close properly. Both of our bathtubs had to be re-caulked because they cracked less than six months after moving in (we moved into a brand new unit). And we don't use one of our tubs. If you know anything about construction, you will be less than impressed with the quality of your apartment. Lights in the main building hallways flicker often and need to be replaced; they will flicker for weeks before someone replaces them. They don't have recycling. They said it was coming on a specific date and on said date, they then sent out and email saying the property was on a waitlist to receive recycling bins. This is an example of their over promising and under delivering. Office staff is snotty and leave passive aggressive notes on property for residents. Over priced. Would give less stars if possible. The only positive about this place is it's location.
