The 208 Apartments is a new and welcoming student community located in the heart of Boise! Away from the cramped dorms on campus, we strive to provide affordable, independent student living only one block away from BSU! From fully furnished rooms that include all utilities, to the private courtyard and friendly staff, everything at The 208 is catered to the needs of our student residents. Recently we have been developing the community with updated roofs, paint, furniture, and more! A state of the art security system and new laundry equipment was installed in Spring 2019. New mailboxes and an Amazon HUB package locker were installed in Fall 2019, and we are just now beginning our office remodel which will include a new community lounge. In the Spring of 2021, we will also be completing a full courtyard renovation with outdoor seating, grilling, and study spaces! Through all of these changes, our friendly staff will be glad to help you with any issues that arise! As far as the bedroom details, all of our rooms are four bedrooms two bathrooms shared living. Bedrooms are leased individually, so if one of your roommates falls through on rent, it won't be your responsibility whatsoever! Our low monthly payment includes everything - furniture, utilities, and wifi. Each private bedroom is furnished with an in-room sink vanity, mirrored closet, full-sized bed, desk, and chair. Every shared living space is furnished with a couch, coffee table, and barstools as well as individual locking pantry storage for each resident! We are looking forward to meeting you! Go Broncos!

    I reached out for info about their apartments and got no response. Not surprising though, most people don't respond anymore.
