Rental rates are per bedroom per month.
I am resigning my lease at river edge for the upcoming year. I was disappointed when I found out that parking per month was increased to $100 and that I would have to be put on a waitlist for parking. One of my friends informed me (who signed a lease after me) that she had parking for the upcoming year AND only had to pay $50/mo. As a resident for about two (about to be my third year), I am now upset that a resident who signed their lease after me not only has a guaranteed parking spot, but is also paying half the price for their parking spot... I understand that I signed for $100/mo parking in my lease, but I do not think it is fair that parking spots are being handed out to people who have signed their lease after me and at a discount. I feel that I should have a parking spot and that it should be at the same rate as other people. After hearing from a future resident with the discount, I wouldnt have signed for another year and looked elsewhere to live.
If I could put no stars I would. Many incidents regarding safety has been overlooked, unsanitary halls and stairwells from pet owners, walls are so thin I can hear my neighbor sneeze, talk, laugh, etc. no parking space for your car that you have to pay for every month just to find outside parking, and the list may go on. I want to move out as quick as possible.
Caring staff, spacious clubhouse, fun resident events.
I have enjoyed living here. The location is amazing right on the river and close to campus.
Would be nice to be sent an email regarding construction, and have security inforces.
