Great appartment but they keep raising rent and it's making it to where we will need to move if it goes up again

I went to apply at Fairview Crossing and even though I was not approved, the office staff was so wonderful I felt the need to leave this review!! They sat down and went over everything, even helped me find apartments that were more catered to my individual needs. I appreciate all their help and highly recommend them!!!!!!!

The office staff is friendly, professional and helpful. The staff is the main reason I am returning. I was really surprised at how affordable a two bedroom apartment is compared to other properties in the area.

The usage of space for storage is terrible, shotty electric work, super cheap garbage disposal, placement of air conditioning unit takes up space, ground work in parking lot is terrible.
