    Although this complex allows my 70 lb dog. The apartments are run down, subfloor is soft, baseboard heating, AC unit is poor, no water pressure, blinds break if you barely touch them, no light in living room in bedrooms, super small bathrooms with no sink space, carpet is old and they wont replace it. I paid 725 in 2017 now Im at 875. My rent was raised 100 dollars last July. I cant afford anything else so I might move to southeast ID. Its not worth it for the price. No washer/dryer in units. A remodeled 1 bedroom is over 1,000 a month.

    Nikki seemed very motivated to help get me a place and meet all my needs and questions with ease. Really hope to become a resident with the way I was greeted and treated over the phone.

    Great spacious apartments, with lots of amenities! You can't get this many amenities for the price! The staff in the leasing office are very nice, attentive, and professional. They are truly concerned with the needs of the residents and do well to troubleshoot any issues that come up. They always get back to you asap too! That's rare in this business! The maintenance guys are great too. Nice people and they get the job done! I think this place is a bang for the buck! Keep on doing a great job!

    The process to pay rent is overly complicated all for the ability to charge more. The Washing and Drying Machines are in horrible shape and usually cost me at 2 extra loads a week because it takes the money and doesnt start.
