Rent price is ridiculously high. The garbage area are overflowing and dog crap litters the grass.
Management and maintenance are slow.
Ridiculous rent increase for those who want to renew their lease.
And overall just is not worth the money.

Over $150 increase in rent in less than a year, plus requirement to have renters insurance, I give owners a 1 star for taking advantage. There are other places available for $50 more per month and much bigger but by the time I was given the rate increase amount I didnt have time to get applications in or schedule a move so Im stuck. Increase would have been over $300 a month more for shorter term. Onsite manager is nice, addresses concerns quickly, community fairly quiet for being on busy intersection, not a lot of noise from other renters or a lot of people roaming around. Area feels safe. Sounds like some small improvements will be coming as well.
