    this place is a HIDDEN GEM! nestled next to the boise river greenbelt i can ride my bike to downtown or hang out at the whitewater park in the summer. the manager & maintenance is PRESENT to handle my needs. added plus that paying my rent/ requesting maintenance is all online and easy to use. living in downtown boise or eagle was too expensive and i didnt want to live all the way out in Meridian (traffic is terrible in Boise now!) so choosing Aria on the River was a no-brainer for it's affordable cost and location close to downtown.

    I love the location at Aria with the Boise River trail and walk. You have a river on either side of the property. Management is onsite and helpful - they periodically make improvements to the property which is nice to have.

    I have tried to contact Property Management to possibly renting but I have not heard back I had one appointment that was a no-show and I continue to try and get with them but cannot
