Our airy and light home is the perfect location on the North Shore of Kauai. Situated on one of the most beautiful, gated streets in Princeville at Hanalei. This gorgeous island home provides relaxed living including a rare 50-foot salt water pool and spa. Plenty of privacy with expansive views of majestic mountains, waterfalls, full-spanning rainbows, and rolling golf course greens. The large open floor plan has 3 large bedrooms, 3 full baths, an office, and a detached mother-in-law suite with a private bedroom and bathroom. The open brand new kitchen with a 36' Wolf stove and new GE Cafe appliance is a dream for every chef and you enjoy the grill by the pool. Our large dining table sits 8 comfortably and the big couch lets you cozy up after a day out adventuring. There is an office with a zory recliner off the main living room. Downstairs also features a laundry room, powder bathroom, and two bedrooms. One bedroom features a queen bed, a connecting Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a shower/tub, and the other bedroom has twin bunks. Upstairs, relax in an open air tv room and then enter the spacious master bedroom with a king bed, a walk-in closet, and a private bathroom featuring a water closet and a double headed shower. Each bedroom has a fan and plenty of window space so that we never end up using the AC. If you choose to use the AC we have a very easy-to-use system in each bedroom and the living room.
