What Renters Like and Dislike About Pearl City

The area is clean. All of the neighbors are so nice and friendly. Short walking distance to a beautiful hiking trail. Short driving distance to great restaurants and shopping. Great community park. Monthly pop up local markets.

We like walking out dogs to the park which is very close by. We also have a gad station for convenience and a small gas store. We also have a shave ice place. If we don't want to cook dinner we can take a 2 minute drive to a little take out place.

There really isn't much unique in our area. We do have a big mall nearby and some good restaurants. There is also a couple of parks too.

There are a lot of restaurants and nice stores within 5 to 10 minutes from my house by car. Almost everything I need is close by. It is a very safe neighborhood.

I like that there is an elementary schools nearby. I like that there are 2 parks within walking distance.

Safe at night. Lots of close shops once you get into town. Many restaurants and different varieties of food.
