What Renters Like and Dislike About Lanai City

It's equidistant between two major universities, but my apartment complex is more of a family setting than college students. I am a college student

It is the center town of my states capital and everything is pretty well maintained with a lot of unique restaurants and clothing stores.

There is a "shopping area" with restraunt and a movie theatre. The people are nice, the schools are nice. The houses are well built.
