I love the views. I love the food and drink. I love most of the people. I love that my job is so close by.

The neighborhood is comprised of many older and architecturally interesting buildings. There are a few nice restaurants such as a French inspired bistro call Park Bruges which is within walking distance.

close to grocery store and McDonalds. Can walk to get food and snacks. Various ethnic groups live in the townhouses

Live close to the bay so it's always scenic. Neighbors care about curb appeal. It's quiet, except for one hwy. about their curb appeal

I love my neighborhood as there are many groceries stores like wholefoods , trader's joe walking distance ,along with some well equipped and top rated gyms and decent amount of restaurants
