I would live at this property because it's in a good neighborhood woth walking distances to the mall and other shops. It has a great grocery store, Whole Foods, that's opened in the recent year, across the street. You can reduce carbon footprint living here with a lot of shops, restaurants, and a theater in walking distance. Also, bus stop is a couple of blocks away as well so there's no need to own a car.
