What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Ewa Beach

Very compatible population (senior). Convenient to necessary services. Access to free transportation.

Newer homes. Going to the park with kids walking distance of stores and restaurants. Safeway is close by

It's a new community. It's easy to get on and off the freeway. Many people that bought in our community are young like my husband and myself

Kids are playing outside all day, I like pho restaurant Saito and we hung out at beach and new shopping mall kamakana alii

I like that there are grocery shops within 5 minutes or less from our place. It is also a walk/run friendly area since it is flat ground.

I like to go to the beach and surf, as well as eating at restaurants. Especially local businesses. We need to support them.
