Lived here for two yrs. management has changed. The screening process here must be very lax. Loud, obnoxious, fighting allowed to go on despite numerous complaints. People are not reprimanded for damaging and trashing other residents outdoor patio areas. The only time my AC filter has been changed is when we go buy one and do it ourselves. Rules for pets not enforced. Dog poop everywhere. Management does not maintain grounds well at all except the front part. We have voiced many concerns and complaints, but they seem to fall on deaf ears. Seriously considering moving. We lived at Avonlea Towne Lake before coming here, never dealt with any of these things! The office staff were much more eager to please residents and things were done as they should be. Wish we had never moved!

Dont keep up the grounds except in the very front. Dont enforce pet rules. We are constantly picking up poop around our patio entry area. When you complain about trouble residents they offer to move you instead of the ones that cause issues! Total incompetent management!!!!! Parking is a nightmare!
