The office was short handed, and only had one girl there. She was trying to help as many people as possible but you could tell she was stressed out. I heard current residents telling me not to live there.. so Im kind of scared.. but the property was nice and I like that theres a dog park!
Been here for 2 yrs and have constantly been helped with each problem. Buildings are remodeled and still have common problems but all around taken care of
Ive been here for 4 months and ready for my lease to be over there was a major bug problem when I moved in after a few treatments I did myself I stopped seeing them my apartment was not ready on move in day so people were in and out my apartment theres an officer that stays above me who complains when my tv is on but no formal complaint was ever filed so I think he was just picking along with the property manager for the money paid the apartment should look way better Brittney is amazing in the office and always nice I will not be renewing my lease in November
I have been living at Southland Station for 2 years. The management has recently changed and is slowly declining. The rent has gone up (in the middle of a lease) and when I have asked management they couldn't explain why. I went 2 weeks ago to turn in my 60 day notice. The stated that a letter needed to be written which I did and also that a form needed to be completed by management stating if they approved or disapproved the move out but neither representative wanted to sign the paperwork.
I have been here in the apartment complex for close to 4 years. The experience has been overwhelming from constant problems with the heating, cooling, constant sink leaking and other issues..... the water main breaks during the winter (resulting in no water) for up to 8 hrs. The cabinets are falling apart, constant plumbing issues throughout the years. Oh, and the thing that upsets me the most is that I have been the longest tenant within this section and my rent is continuously going up.
