Office staff and maintenance guys are very helpful and polite, couldn't ask for a better crew! I had a issue in my apartment and they took care of it in a very timely manor, i am so happy I chose to live at Sandpiper! Can't wait till the summer so I can make good use of the pool and do a little fishing..

The staff is so friendly and they have sooo many amenities! It is always clean and they are always doing things to improve the property like painting the buildings. LOVE it here!

You ask was it good. I never got anything but an informative email. No one has reached out to see what questions I had or anything.

My apartment flooded about two to three times a year, it was a nightmare living there. They diidn't have enough maintenance staff to keep up with those old apartments. One staff I didn't like talking to since she always had an attitude. When I finally left she did my inspection and clearly was getting her revenge. The old microwaves that was in the apartment, she stated was not clean enough, which was a joke because they were stained. So they took off like $30 from my deposit. The carpet was not even changed out when I first moved there, so i had it professionally cleaned before leaving, but they still took off for the stains that were there before I moved in. They took money off from my deposit from that too.. The other staff were very nice though.

looking for 1 bedroom

I lived in the apartments for almost 6 years in 3 different units, I would not recommend a floor plan that does not have central heat and air. The old management did some things better but maintenance was certainly not one of them and the team they have now are much better about not just gerry rigging things to save money but the office now is either understaffed, incompetent or both. There is certainly a problem with bugs even with the once monthly pest control. The older buildings desperately need renovations and new appliances, again dont move into an older unit. They are very pet friendly and that is about the only reason i can give them 2 stars.
